• Fresh, unfamiliar, original, smart, better quality/value, different from others, a change
• Or could be something that has been done, but come back to trend by improving or modify it
• Something that’s in the trend, popular on demand by a group of society (generation x,y,z)
• Something that most people would like to have and pervasive
• ‘Market manipulation’
• A questionable ‘progress’. A progress that leads to +ve or -ve adaptation
• It may benefit us as well as impair, limit and hinder our ‘progress’
How does it impact me?
• It may replace my old things temporarily, or forever. But mostly temporary because in this era, the production just gone so fast with new ones
• Give another experience and give further acknowledgement
• Makes everything better & improve current quality
• Sociology: social status
• Does it make more vulnerable?
• Always costly, doesn’t matter whether they are cheap or expensive
• Socio-economics: social demand for education and everyday life push and give us more pressure to be up-to-date with things. Resulting over consume.
• ‘up-to-date’ may create generation and social gap for those who can’t keep up
• Encouraging us to have more, greater, better
• Unsatisfaction leads to another invention and another

• Handy, smarter, faster, alters physical contact and time; on call 24/7, Efficiency
• Entertaining, new possibilities, imitate reality, more virtual interactive
• Make things more individual
• Not always electronic
• It adapts to our needs 24/7
• Something that never ends – builts to our needs
• Demand by a group of society (generation x,y,z)
• Improve as well a worsen our habit and thoughts
• Destroy as well as improve our environment

• Expand function of a device. Eg. Mobile is no longer a private communication device like it used to be. We give our mobile no. to clients and even expose it on facebook to people for easily reaches you. Not like the old days where we only give home/office no.How does it impact me?
